At Timber Sir Grushaah, we are committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe digital environment for all users. We strictly prohibit any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, harassment, or any content or behavior that harms, exploits, or endangers children.

This Child Safety Standards Policy applies to all mobile applications, websites, and digital services published by Timber Sir Grushaah.

1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

We have a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation, also known as CSAE. This includes, but is not limited to:

Child sexual abuse material, also known as CSAM; grooming or attempting to exploit a child; sextortion or threats involving a minor; sexualized content involving minors; trafficking or facilitation of child exploitation; requests for sexual content from minors; and any activity that endangers the safety, privacy, or dignity of children.

Any user, content, or activity found to violate this policy may be removed, blocked, reported to the appropriate authorities, and permanently restricted from using our services.

2. Prohibited Content and Behavior

Users are not allowed to upload, share, create, promote, request, or distribute any content that exploits or harms children. This includes images, videos, text, links, usernames, profile information, comments, messages, or any other material involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.

We also prohibit behavior that attempts to contact, manipulate, pressure, threaten, or deceive a child for sexual, abusive, or exploitative purposes.

3. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report child safety concerns by contacting us directly at:

Email: timbersir0@gmail.com

If our app includes an in-app feedback or contact feature, users may also use that feature to report unsafe content, abuse, or child safety concerns.

When submitting a report, users should include as much detail as possible, such as the app name, description of the issue, screenshots if safe and legal to provide, and any relevant user/profile/content information.

4. Handling Reports and Enforcement

When we receive a report involving possible child exploitation or abuse, we review it as quickly as possible. If we find content or activity that violates this policy, we may take action including:

Removing the content; restricting or banning the user; disabling access to harmful features; preserving relevant information where legally required; and reporting illegal content or activity to appropriate authorities or child safety organizations where required by law.

We do not knowingly allow CSAM or CSAE-related content to remain available on our apps or services.

5. Compliance With Child Safety Laws

We aim to comply with all applicable child protection, privacy, and online safety laws and regulations in the countries where our apps are available. This may include laws relating to child sexual abuse material, children’s privacy, online safety, reporting obligations, and digital platform safety.

Parents, guardians, and users are encouraged to contact us immediately if they believe a child is at risk while using any of our apps.

6. Children’s Privacy and Data Protection

We do not knowingly collect unnecessary personal information from children. Where our apps are intended for children or may be used by children, we aim to limit data collection, use age-appropriate content, and avoid features that could expose children to unsafe interactions.

If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information without proper consent, they may contact us at timbersir0@gmail.com and request review or deletion where applicable.

7. Ads and Monetization Safety

For apps that are intended for children or may be used by children, we aim to show only age-appropriate ads and avoid misleading, harmful, mature, violent, sexual, gambling, or otherwise inappropriate advertising content.

We do not intentionally design ads or monetization features to trick children into clicking ads or making purchases.

8. User-Generated Content and Communication Features

If any of our apps include user-generated content, comments, chat, profiles, sharing, or communication features, we may use moderation, reporting tools, blocking features, or account restrictions to reduce safety risks.

Children should not share personal information such as phone numbers, home addresses, school details, passwords, financial information, or private images with strangers online.

9. Child Safety Point of Contact

For child safety questions, reports, or urgent concerns, contact:

Child Safety Contact Email: timbersir0@gmail.com

We review child safety reports seriously and take appropriate action based on the nature of the report and applicable laws.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Child Safety Standards Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our apps, safety practices, legal requirements, or platform policies. The latest version will always be made available through our website, app listing, or policy page.
